Are the apps free?
The price and terms of each app are written on its own Cafe Bazaar page.
About the coach app: coaching 1 athlete is free; for more athletes a subscription is bought inside the app through Cafe Bazaar.
Do I have to sign up to use the athlete app?
No. The exercise bank, My Program, the challenges and the growth chart all work without an account.
An account is created only if you choose to connect to a coach. For that we do not ask for a mobile number or an email; the coach’s code and your first name are enough.
Does it work without internet?
The exercise bank, My Program and the challenges work offline.
Connecting to a coach and syncing programs need internet. The app syncs every 30 minutes, and you can also sync by hand whenever you like.
How do I connect to my coach?
In the athlete app open the coach section, type the coach’s 6-letter code (like ABC-DEF) or scan their QR, and enter your first name.
Once the coach accepts the request, their programs arrive in your app.
How many coaches can I have?
Up to 3 coaches at the same time.
What can my coach see about me?
Your coach sees your name. They see your body measurements and workout log only if you have turned on the switch for each one; the two switches are separate.
I changed my phone. What happens to my account?
When your account is created you get a 12-character recovery code. Keep it somewhere safe.
On a new phone, or after reinstalling the app, that code brings back your account and your links to your coaches.
Who is the coach app for?
For bodybuilding and fitness coaches who want to build training and diet plans in an app and send them to their athletes.
How do I delete my account?
From inside the app, with the delete-account button.
Your account and your links to coaches are deleted. The workouts and measurements you have on your phone stay on your phone.
Which Android versions do the apps run on?
Android 5.0 and up.
Where can I download them?
The apps are released through Cafe Bazaar. Once an app is published, its download button on this site takes you to its Cafe Bazaar page.
Do the apps show ads?
No. The apps do not show ads.
How does an athlete pay a coach?
The financial relationship between a coach and an athlete is direct and has no middleman; the apps take no part in it.
